I’m writing this review after “Kath Worrell” the “Owner” (not mentioned on companies house) said she “wasn’t bothered about one bad review because they have so many satisfied customers who wouldn’t take notice of this review anyway”. I would disagree as I have found many disgruntled customers as I’ve been researching the company online and realised what a mistake we made buying from them.

Even when Kath the “owner” got in touch, this still didn’t get resolved. She very much talks the talk and says all the right things to make you ‘think’ your complaint is going to be looked at but instead you just get ignored.

My mother in law was taken advantage of by E.S Hartley and we are now taking them to the small claims court to recover the cost of fixing items they had promised to do.

If you want to buy a camper with some level of aftercare when it breaks, I would avoid this company and look elsewhere or find yourself like us, writing a review 6 months later when you have exhausted all options to try and resolve your complaint whilst driving round in a broken camper van.

Contacted the perth service center . Could not have been more helpful brilliant from start to fin7sh and great price . Thanks to jake and all the rest of the guys for quick and superb tricky job to do . Will def recommend to everyone .
